What’s the difference between your Traditional and FineLine Wall + Ceiling Collection products?

In our Traditional line, products feature a “v-groove” tongue-and-groove paneling profile. Fineline products feature a “square-edge” or “penny gap” tongue-and-groove paneling profile. Both profiles are available in ten designer color finishes and a factory primed option.

What’s your Home Visualizer platform and how does it work?

Our visualizer is an innovative, interactive platform that lets you choose a sample image or upload your own image so you can test out what our products would look like in the color of your choice. You can save your work, share it with others or use it to make your samples ordering easier.

I’d like to order some samples. Can I do that online and is there a cost for that?

Samples are a great way to discover what your color preferences are and how certain shades work with your existing décor. You can order samples online here. A small fee is charged to cover shipping costs.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it usually take from the time that I choose a product until I receive it?

Your lead time will depend on essentially three factors: what products you’re ordering; how much product you’re ordering; and where you’re located. We send products all across North America on a weekly basis and our goal is to help make the ordering and shipping process as easy as possible for our customers. Please reach out for more information.

I’ve already placed my order. Can I get an update on production?

We know that timing is everything. If you’re a distributer, your local rep will be happy to provide you with an update. If you ordered our product through a retailer, please reach out to the location you ordered from with your name, order date, and order number to get an update.

I live in a climate where climates, temperatures and conditions can really vary. Do your products stand up to the elements?

Woodtone products were made to stand up to the elements – guaranteed! We’ve got product installed everywhere in North America, from icy Alaska to sun-baked Florida.

Is there a certain time of year when only exterior work can be done – like summer, for example? Or can it be done anytime?

Because many of our products are prefinished, you can install our exterior products at any time of year.

What kind of warranty do your products carry?

We stand behind our products with warranties ranging from 10 to 30 years across different product lines. For more information on a specific product, please visit our individual product pages. You can also reach out to us via our Contact Form or by calling our toll free number at 800.663.9844.

What happens after the 20-year coating warranty is up on RusticSeries? Do I need to repaint?

We’ve developed a top coat to rejuvenate your RusticSeries siding. RusticClarity is a tinted top coat that can be applied to your siding, ensuring that you’ll be able to preserve the two-tone look you love. You can place your order for RusticClarity through your local Woodtone retailer.
