Warranty Request Process
Woodtone will consider installation of product as final acceptance of the product. Have you adhered to the handling and installation instructions provided by the substrate manufacturer? Additionally, have you followed all Jobsite Handling Instructions?
Thank you for filling out the form below. The assurance review process will commence upon receipt of all the specified items. We commit to responding promptly once we have received all necessary information.
In addition, please submit the following:
1. Please submit this form within ten (10) days of discovering the product concern
2. Proof of product purchase in the form of an invoice or a paid receipt
3. Three (3) photographs of product concerns, including one close up shot and one of tag on the wrap
